Come Out To The Parade Of Homes 2016 In Amarillo!

Starting April 27th through May 8th, will be the Texas Panhandle Builder’s Association 2016 Parade of Homes in Amarillo, Texas.

You will see a lot of great work and ideas from many builders throughout the area. Last year, I was told by a couple of different people in the Parade, that the quality of the Colonies far surpassed the quality in the Greenways. This year, things will be DIFFERENT!!! I truly think that the Greenways’ staff are very happy to have us be a part of their neighborhood this year. I am very excited for everyone to see our homes.

We will have two homes this year. Both of them will be in the Greenways. If you visited us last year, it was very hectic having one custom home in the Colonies and one custom home in the Woodlands. This year, it will be so nice with our homes being just 3 lots apart. YAY!!!!

Our first home is located at 8409 Shadywood. This home is just simply amazing. We will have people visit this home multiple times throughout the parade and be very upset that it is already SOLD. It is surely a head turner. It reminds me of an elegant home located up in the mountains with a nice mix of cedar, brick and stone. It has a beautiful elevation and great curb appeal. This home is very “un-assuming”. It boasts over 4200 sq. ft., has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has amazing attention to detail. Lots of specialty cabinet and trim finishes, beam work, a theater room, office, dog wash, swimming pool and a 4 car garage with tornado room. This home is very warm and cozy. The colors “just work!” Did I mention our LED lighted shower? This may be the first one in Amarillo, Texas. The griddle is pretty incredible too…but, I am going to stop there on this house. You must come out and see it for yourself.

Our second home is located at 8401 Shadywood. This home is For Sale, but I did not put it for sale until we were 95% complete with the home. I wanted to pick all the finishes, cabinets and design just for people to understand the talent we have in our homes. This home is GRAND. 18’ ceilings, tornado room, 3 car garage, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, hidden room, amazing patio, exotic granites, epic wood and stain work. I feel it has the perfect balance of rustic with a modern flair. This home has a living room ceiling treatment that will be spoken about all through the Parade. I can’t wait to show this home off to everyone coming through. The brick and stone work shows the class of work that we provide in our homes. These are truly great homes and I hope to meet many of you at the Parade.
